A made-to-fit bracket is defined by the hole pattern and the mating surface, not by an outside dimension alone.

For custom steel brackets HEALDTON, send the hole centers, edge distances and the material the bracket meets. A photograph with a rule in frame can show the constraint that a sketch misses. Tell us whether access behind the connection is open or blocked.

The work may use practical steel plate or angle as a starting discussion. The required section, drilling and finish scope are settled for the actual piece. This is not a stock-parts cart and not a binding online price.

Square tube frame fabrication is shaped by overall geometry and the route into position.

Start with the opening the frame has to pass through, then give the overall dimensions and intended use. A frame can be correct on the floor and impossible to turn through the doorway. Show the corner conditions and any supplied design before fabrication is discussed.

Reinforcement and small repairs

Metal repair HEALDTON inquiries are defined by the condition of existing metal, not by a standard patch size.

Describe the damaged area, old weld and surrounding access. A clear photograph of the joint is useful, especially when the surface can be shown from more than one side. A patch does not tell you what is left underneath.

Preparation may involve removing damaged material before reinforcement can be discussed. Hidden corrosion can change the agreed work. This is practical repair discussion, not a promise that every load-bearing connection is suitable for a weld repair.

On-site welding HEALDTON work is defined by the installed surroundings and the position needed to make the fit.

Tell us about the working position, surroundings and what can be moved. Include the parts that are already supplied and the assembly that remains. A piece can be fabricated correctly and still need a different sequence to reach its final place.

Price depends on access, fitting time, parts and assembly scope. Mobile emergency coverage and a geographic radius are not promised online. Timing is agreed after the actual job conditions are understood.
