Privacy / Your information
Your inquiry does not require ad consent.
Ask about welding in HEALDTON, OK without allowing optional advertising storage. This policy explains what happens to the details you send to Brady Welding.
Project details help us discuss metal fabrication in HEALDTON. They are not permission to use advertising storage. The form consent and the browser storage choice have separate jobs.
01 Who holds your details
The operator and controller are Bradywelding, trading at bradywelding.us. The public service name on this website is Brady Welding. This notice covers the website inquiry route and support chat, together with the correspondence needed to handle those inquiries.
788 P O BOX, HEALDTON, OK 73438, HEALDTON, OK, United StatesThis is a postal contact address, not an invitation to arrive at a workshop. For a question about personal information, write to [email protected]. You do not need to submit a new metalwork inquiry to ask about an existing record.
02 What reaches us
The inquiry form receives your name, phone, email and work address, the kind of inquiry, your message, the requested specification and the consent tick. A specification might describe the hole centers on a steel bracket or the opening for a square-tube frame. Keep unrelated personal details out of those fields.
With a submission, the system records the IP address, browser user-agent string, referring URL, the moment the form was rendered and the moment it was sent. Technical requests also create server and access logs. These records help distinguish a genuine submission from automated abuse and investigate delivery problems.
Support chat keeps the conversation and a token in your browser so you can return to it. Chat receives the message body and the contact information you provide, including your name and an optional email or phone where supplied, together with your consent to a reply. A chat token is a connection to a conversation, not a customer account.
Browser storage includes the consent record site_consent_v2. Advertising links carry click identifiers: gclid, msclkid and fbclid. Optional cookie or browser identifiers support advertising and measurement when permitted. A click identifier can be present in an incoming URL or request context even while optional storage is denied.
There is no account, password or payment collection on this site. No card data is requested. Photographs sent separately by email become part of the inquiry correspondence; the website form does not upload files.
03 Why each detail matters
Contact details let us answer you. The work address and specification let us discuss access and the piece that needs making or repair. A message about metal repair in HEALDTON may need a follow-up about what remains underneath a damaged joint; that is different from using the same visit to measure advertising.
Submission times, request metadata and logs support delivery, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. The chat token connects later messages to the right conversation. The consent record remembers your storage decision so the site can apply it on a return visit.
With optional consent, advertising identifiers and related measurement information help associate an ad click with website activity and assess campaigns. Privacy-request correspondence is used to identify the relevant record, verify the request and explain the action taken. We do not need a complete job specification to correct an email address.
The work catalogue describes the scopes open for inquiry. Reading a service description does not reserve work or create a customer account.
04 The basis for processing
Where a law requires a legal basis, the basis follows the purpose. Consent to optional advertising does not become a condition of discussing a repair. For visitors protected by European law, the following distinctions apply.
| Use | Basis |
|---|---|
| Answering a work inquiry | Steps at your request before a contract, and contract where agreed work requires it. The form also records consent to use the submitted details for a reply. |
| Site security and reliable delivery | Legitimate interest in protecting the site and correspondence, balanced against your rights. |
| Optional advertising and analytics storage | Consent. You can decline or withdraw without losing the inquiry route. |
| Requested chat continuity | Legitimate interest in providing the conversation you requested; necessary functional storage is separate from advertising. |
| Rights requests and required records | Legal obligation where applicable, and legitimate interest in documenting the handling of a request. |
Giving permission to reply is not acceptance of a quote. The terms explain how an inquiry differs from agreed work. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest; the outcome depends on the reason for the processing and the rights that apply.
05 Paid clicks reach this site
Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads send traffic here. Google attaches gclid, Microsoft attaches msclkid, and Meta attaches fbclid to advertising links. These identifiers distinguish clicks; they are not a job number or evidence that you requested work.
For reference, the platform names also appear as google ads and microsoft advertising in campaign discussions. Each platform handles its advertising information under its own privacy terms. Nothing in a visit from an ad changes the inquiry-only nature of the website.
Identifiers may reach the server as part of a URL, including technical request context. Optional persistence of those identifiers is held until permission. Declining browser storage is not the same as preventing an incoming network request from containing its original link.
06 Four signals stay denied
Consent Mode v2 holds ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage denied until you choose Allow storage. The consent mode signals are set back to denied the moment you decline or withdraw.
The initial denied state applies before advertising wiring receives permission. A storage or consent error fails closed rather than treating an unreadable choice as agreement. Choosing Decline does not prevent you from reading the working method or using the contact form.
Open Cookie settings in the footer to revisit the banner. Choose Decline to withdraw a previous grant. Withdrawal changes future optional storage and signals; it does not recall data already received by an advertising platform or erase an inquiry you sent separately.
Read storage and advertising choices07 Who receives information
The operator receives inquiry details and chat correspondence. The hosting provider serves the site and stores the inquiry database. The mail provider carries notification emails to the operator’s inbox. Those provider names are not identified in this notice; ask us about a particular processing route rather than assuming a provider from the appearance of the site.
- Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC supplies Google Ads, attaches

msclkid. Read its statement at privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement. - Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd supplies Meta Ads and attaches
fbclidwhere a campaign runs there. Read the Meta privacy policy. - The hosting provider processes site requests, technical logs and submitted information to operate the website.
- The mail provider processes the notification and correspondence carried through the email route.
The platforms have independent responsibilities for their services. A rights request to Brady Welding covers the information we control; a request about information a platform holds independently may also need to go to that platform. Information may be disclosed where a binding legal requirement applies or where necessary to address misuse and protect rights.
08 Processing across borders
The operator is in the United States. Contacting us from Europe or another country sends your information outside the country from which you contact us. Advertising, hosting and mail services can also process information internationally. Their names alone do not establish the location of every server or recipient.
Where European transfer restrictions apply, transfers require a lawful mechanism, such as an applicable adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards with the necessary assessment. We do not claim that every recipient has a particular certification. Ask at the email below for the safeguards relevant to your information and any available copy, subject to protection of confidential terms.
09 Records have defined periods
Inquiries and their email copies are kept for 24 months. Chat transcripts are kept for 6 months. Server and access logs are kept for 60 days. The browser record of a consent choice is kept for 12 months.
These periods describe the site’s records, not the independent retention schedules of advertising platforms. Browser settings can clear local storage sooner. Deleting a local chat token does not delete the server transcript, and withdrawing optional consent does not delete a form submission.
A legal preservation requirement or an active dispute may require a relevant record to be held beyond its ordinary period. That is an exception tied to the record, not a reason to retain every inquiry indefinitely. A deletion request is considered against those obligations and the rights that apply.
10 Send only what the job needs
The website uses HTTPS for requests. Submission timing and technical metadata help identify automated abuse, and the chat token links messages to the requested conversation. These measures reduce risks; they do not make internet transmission or browser storage risk-free.
Do not put payment details, passwords or identity documents into a job message. If you email a photograph of a connection, crop out unrelated paperwork and people where possible. A useful view of a hole pattern rarely needs to include a customer’s private documents in the background.
A shared browser can retain chat continuity. Clear its site data when you no longer want that browser to reconnect, and contact us separately to request deletion of the conversation. Tell us promptly if you believe your details went to the wrong recipient.
11 Rights for European visitors
Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies to your information, your GDPR rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. These gdpr rights are subject to the conditions in the applicable law, not to whether you accept optional advertising.
You can ask what information we hold and receive a copy, correct an inaccurate contact detail, or request erasure. Restriction can limit use while an accuracy or legal-basis issue is considered. Portability applies to qualifying information provided by you and processed by automated means on consent or contract grounds.
You may object to legitimate-interest processing and to direct marketing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. The browser control handles optional storage; email us for a request involving inquiry records or a chat transcript.
12 State privacy choices
US state privacy law applies according to its scope and eligibility rules. California’s CCPA/CPRA, often referred to as ccpa, and other state laws in force can give residents rights to know or access personal information, obtain a portable copy, correct inaccuracies and request deletion.
Applicable rights also include opting out of sale or sharing and targeted advertising. Advertising disclosures can be treated as sharing or a sale under some laws even without a cash payment. Use Decline for optional advertising storage and contact us to exercise a broader opt-out or ask which disclosures concern your records.
We do not make an inquiry conditional on giving up an applicable privacy right. An authorized agent can submit a request where permitted; we may need evidence of authority and verification of the person concerned. If a request is refused, you can ask for the reason and appeal where state law provides that route.
13 Your browser can opt out
Global Privacy Control is honored. The global privacy control signal, including the Sec-GPC header, is treated as an opt-out without asking again. A detected signal is not overridden by a previously saved grant.
The signal keeps optional advertising and analytics consent denied for that browser context. It does not tell us which past inquiry belongs to you. For access or deletion of submitted information, use the data-request route below so we can locate the correct record.
14 This is not a children’s service
The site is for people discussing practical metalwork, not for children. We do not solicit or knowingly collect children’s personal information. Children should not submit the form or start a support conversation.
If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent information, contact us with enough detail to locate the message. Do not send further sensitive information about the child in the first email. We will address removal and any verification needed for the request.
15 Raise a concern directly
Write to us if the way information is handled concerns you. Describe the page or correspondence involved and the outcome you seek. You can raise a complaint without sending another project inquiry.
You also have the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority. In the United States, you may contact your state Attorney General; California residents may contact the California Privacy Protection Agency. European visitors may complain to their competent supervisory authority, including where they live or work or where an alleged infringement occurred. You do not have to resolve a complaint with us first to use an applicable authority route.
16 Ask for your record
Send a data request to [email protected] or write to Bradywelding, 788 P O BOX, HEALDTON, OK 73438, HEALDTON, OK, United States. A data request is answered within 14 days.
Say whether you want access, a correction, deletion or another applicable action. Include the contact detail used in the original inquiry and an approximate message date. For a correction, identify the field and its replacement. You need not repeat an entire repair specification to tell us a phone number is wrong.
We use the minimum identity verification needed to avoid handing a record to the wrong person. We may ask you to respond from the original email address or clarify a detail already associated with the inquiry. Do not send an identity document unless a specific, justified verification step is explained to you.
An answer may explain why part of a request cannot be completed, including a legal preservation requirement or information concerning someone else. We will identify the limitation rather than treating it as a refusal of every part. Tell us if you need the response in an accessible format.
No website account needed
Use email or post. If the written route is difficult, call (580) 229-1168 to explain what help you need with the request.
Make a data request17 Access without a workaround
The site is intended to work with a keyboard, readable contrast and layouts that reflow on small screens. Controls have visible labels and focus states. Reduced-motion preferences remove nonessential movement; motion is not required to read a service description or reach contact details.
Forms identify fields and errors so a correction does not depend on color alone. The cookie banner is not a wall across the content. Optional advertising permission is not required to use the inquiry route. Chat is an additional contact method, not the only one.
This is an accessibility statement of intent, not a certification or a claim that every combination of browser and assistive technology has been tested. If something blocks you, tell us the page, the control involved and your browser or assistive technology if you know it. Describe what you were trying to do; you do not need to diagnose the code.
Call (580) 229-1168 or email [email protected] for an alternative way to discuss the work or request policy information. We do not require a chat conversation before using those alternatives.
18 Changes stay visible
Updates are published on this page with a revised last-updated date. A material change in how submitted information is used is explained in the notice and, where required, through a further notice or a new consent request before the changed use.
A revised policy does not turn a past decline into permission. Check the cookie notice for the storage controls currently available, and contact us if you need to understand which notice applied to an earlier inquiry.
19 A direct contact for questions
Privacy and data-request email goes to [email protected]. You can also call (580) 229-1168 or write to 788 P O BOX, HEALDTON, OK 73438, United States. State that your message concerns privacy so it can be distinguished from a request for fabrication.
For new welding or metal repair work in HEALDTON, use the separate contact page. Price depends on the material and the work needed to fit it. Privacy correspondence does not start or book a job.
